At Regional Youth Support Stations(RYSS), the diversity of the service users is recognized, but there is a lack of discussion from the perspective of the target of support, and there are limits to the content of support that can be provided. This study aims to visualize the support process at RYSS and the internal transformation of the research collaborators, and to organize the factors that promote and inhibit behavior toward employment. We interviewed 4 service users, and analyzed them using the Trajectory Equifinality Approach. The results revealed that the support process was diverse, and that the meaning of employment and the sense of value toward RYSS changed. Negative experiences at school and at home, lack of independence, and pressure to work were identified as inhibiting factors, playful activities and contingency were identified as facilitating factors. Then, we presented that it is necessary to train supporters who can understand the target of support and to support them to increase their independence.
