To promote career development for vocational school students, it is essential to provide support that enhances communication skills while leveraging their expertise. This study investigates the participation process in a teaching experience program for dance instruction at a local elementary school. We conducted pre- and post-surveys using three indicators: Social Interest, Personal Growth Initiative, and Communication Skill. The results suggest that program participation may improve Social Interest, and furthermore, Social Interest may enhance Communication Skill through Personal Growth Initiative.
