Abstract
The quality of Structural cover concrete, which is affected by the execution conditions of works such as casting and curing, strongly influences the durability of concrete structures. Therefore, if the durability index of cover concrete is evaluated on the structural concrete directly, it is effective to ensuring the durability of structure. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the cover concrete quality by using air permeability test of the concrete surface. This testing method is non-destructive which can examine air-permeability on cover concrete of the structures in the field. Therefore this experiment investigated quality variation by the influence of the execution condition of works such as consolidation time and reinforcing. As a result, it was found that the quality variation of the casting height direction is different by having steel-bar or not, and for concrete with 8cm slump, air permeability index and the variation tended to decrease for vibration times longer than the standard method.
