Abstract
It is known that the corrosion is suppressed so that the boundary phase between the concrete and the reinforcing steel bar is dense. However, there is not the example that the steel corrosion is prevented while this is utilized positively. Therefore, in this study, some methods to improve the gap between the concrete and the rebar to make the high corrosion resistance are suggested. Also these effects are verified by experiments. Therefore,(1)a method reducing unit water content in the mixture proportion to reduce the bleeding,(2)a method to coat the rebar with the paste before casting, and(3)a method to give vibration to the rebar just after casting, are examined using the small specimen and the large column specimen. The state of the gap was evaluated by the Vickers hardness test, the section observation and the water permeability test. Furthermore, the corrosion resistance was confirmed from the corrosion current density. As a result, it can be cleared that the above three methods are useful. In addition, implementation methods that above results were applied were suggested, such as the mix of the mineral admixture to reduce the bleeding, the coat of the paste to the rebar which appeared in the patch repair part and so on.
