In this study, we investigated the optimal formulation conditions for Calcined Allophane geopolymer with suppressed exothermic properties by adjusting the alkali solution composition and Calcined Allophane conditions. As a result, it was found that the alkali solution with a Na/Si ratio of 1.03 and a water content of less than 65% could suppress the exothermic properties while maintaining high mechanical properties. In addition, it was found that although the progress of GP formation was slightly delayed, the use of Allophane calcined at 800℃ for one hour resulted in a low calorific value during mixing, enabling the formulation to ensure stable strength. These results suggest that the three conditions of Na/Si ratio of 1.03, water content of less than 65%, and Calcination time of 1 hour can be met to reduce the exothermic properties of the geopolymer while maintaining the strength properties of the geopolymer.
