Abstract
The results of clinical trials and laboratory examination with ME 1207 are summarized as follows:
1. The efficacy rate of ME 1207 was 82.6% in 23 patients with superficial pyogenic skin infections.
2. The eradication rate was 88.0% against the 25 isolates.
3. As side effects of the drug, diarrhea was observed in one case. No abnormal changes were observed in laboratory examination
