Abstract

  Recently, many studies about the relationship between environmental tempeature and the wearing have been carried out in various fields, froma stand point of view of enving policy.

  The regional thermal insulation in the cold is seemed so effective that it has been practiced in the life since early ages when the heating systems were not spread. It's basic study, however, can hardly be found.

  The object of this paper is to clearlify the effects of heating the various parts of the body upon the skin temperature of the whole body.

  The results showed that heating back, buttock and foot were the most effective to increase the skin temperature of the whole body. The fact was agreed with the tradition handed down from old' times.
