Abstract
The development of a Concrete Structure Construction Process Simulator capable of reasonable simulation of the load-carrying capacity of concrete structures from immediately after placement until the end of the service life, including repairs and strengthening, was carried out over a period of ten years by the LECOM Research Association. The present paper introduces the main results achieved over the development process of the simulator. The simulator successfully achieves the rational merging of the analysis codes for initial damage and load-carrying capacity, which until now were treated distinctly. Further, through the introduction of the concept of the conservation law of chemical energy, simulation more universally applicable than conventional analysis codes for volume change phenomena caused by chemical changes has been achieved, and the pipe cooling analysis capability has been enhanced.
