This paper describes the method of the Construction in the Pump Bed of Misato Filtration Plant and SPC-Beam which is made in the factory by the Steel-Reinforced Prestressed Concrete Structure. The system of SPC-structure to be applied first in Japan could be construct rapidly as same as Steel Structure by the method of connecting the Precast SPC-Beam to steel column.
