Abstract
This report describes the execution of an eight story condominium building. Here, most of the structural members used, were simples precast members. Specially in the longitudinal direction, a recently developed main bar post insertion type system for precast concrete structures was adopted. The main bars were inserted at the construction site and jointed through high strength mortar and lapping bars. In this system, the members were easily produced and transported. Furthermore, at the construction site better productivity and shorter construction time can be attained.
