Abstract

The essential problems of precast concrete techniques for buildings with regards to exclusive or common possessions are explained. Also, the recent changes of research organizations or systems for precast concrete techniques are introduced as well as the present activities of precast concrete sub-committee in the Architectural Institute of Japan.
