Outline of the New Building Standard Law Enforcement Regulation for the Prestressed Concrete Structures

Abstract

The Building Standard Law Enforcement Regulation for the prestressed concrete structures was revised. One of the major modified items is to adopt a new seismic design method adapting to the calculation of response and limit strength, which are provided in the Building Standard Law Enforcement Order in 2000. The others are to permit usage of unbonded or delayed bond PC tendons in major structural elements.
