Abstract
The objective of this paper is to identify the conditions that make workers’ collective emerge as Work Integration Social Enterprise through a network analysis, focusing on the leaders of such organizations. This paper explores the background of foundation of the organizations, using some case studies, to understand what enabled to form these organizations. As a result, the process of leader’s networking, which starts with strong social ties but extends to weaker social ties as well, becomes visible. The author argues that it is important to recognize the collaborative leadership and civil collectivity for social inclusion.
