In this study of Purpose, in the case of Harihata area Kutsuki-mura Shiga Prefecture, catching change of traditional land use and form of forest quantitatively with using GIS, and clarifying about the directivity of the reconstruction to the actual condition and collapse of the traditional connection nature of regional resources. The changes of traditional land use and form of forest were able to be quantitatively caught about natural broadleaf tree wood and reduction of the broadleaf tree wood of short growth, expansion of the broadleaf tree wood of sufficient growth and a Japan cedar wood. The regional resouces was able to drawn, and resources connection adapted to traditional land use was able to be expressed according to eight space classifications. Changes of regional environment after the 1960s were able to be clarified with rupture of typical resources connection of four types. As the leading technique of reconstruction the severed resources connection, it proposed about practical use of the woody biomass, and introduction of a cow.
