Abstract
It is important that calculation of service catchments area of a monorail station in consideration of the quality of walk space and grasp of the characteristic of it in consideration of the bus and the bicycle, which is the means of transportation of a terminal. The following things were shown from the result of study. (1) Area of use of a monorail is large, and there is the feature that much access of an attending-school person is, and those users are compensating the little of the population of the area along the railroad line of a monorail. (2) As a result of performing network analysis, use of train pass data is larger than the service catchments area considered along the railroad line until now. And about a station with the change by the public means of transportation, the service catchments area is expanded further more.
