On Shanghai,China redevelopment is done on scale that cannot be found the past. In recent years, the focus of urban development in process of metro improvement shift to the focus of station from the focus of street by degrees. Redevelopment around the station is uniformity everywhere owing to take top priority economic development and returning investment. This situation haven't sustainable possibilities of the commercial city. So we indicate the focus of urban development shift to the focus of station from the focus of street.After that considering of the commercial function, we intend to clear the area is already done development of actual condition and abstract occurring the point at issue and problems.
