This study based on investigation of documents about LRT (Light Rail Transit) issued by local governments in Strasbourg and Mulhouse, and we classified contents of these documents according to the kind of impacts. Results have shown that the volume of car traffic and modal share of car decreased by the introduction of package approach including introduction of LRT in central Strasbourg. But the influence on economy in central Strasbourg by the introduction of LRT is not clearly shown in documents, therefore it is necessary to evaluate them more carefully.
