Abstract
In the middle-mountainous area, the population and the life-related facilities are decreased. Due to the shortage in the local tax revenue, the mobility support for the senior inhabitants or facilitating new commodity shops cannot be financially acceptable. The various policies to enhance the life-related convenience and the demand responded transport system in the area were introduced, however, the residential relocation policy is hardly considered. The purpose of this study is to clarify the conditions for a move in terms of the individual household in the middle-mountainous area. The relationship between the willingness in move and the conditions for a move is analyzed in order to discuss the relocation of residential area. The combination of several conditions about the residential area will make ease in the household move by applying the statistical model analysis.
