The creative industry idea is use to renovated mass of retrogression areas in the world. Along with the development of Shanghai City, Shanghai government adopted this idea, from 2004 to 2007, the Creative Industry Park was divided to 4 phases and authorized. It aims to use this idea to renovate old factory and warehouse where is located in the center of city. This study aims to clarify how the surrounding stores are influenced by the renovation of "Living Design Centre". According to the result, some shops are interested in the Centre events. They can communicate with the designers, also can find out the latest concept of the furniture's design. However there were some respondents who worries about the high price of goods in the Centre, we can find that more events can improve the communication among the surrounding shops. It will necessary to connect with the local revitalization.
