Abstract
Even with some disaster risk such as tsunami, storm surges and liquefaction, reclamation land has been used in many ways according to the situation at the time. This study aims to clarify the long-term change in land use on reclamation land, focusing on urban planning, land ownership, community formed on the land and vulnerability to disaster. Results show that the urban planning, the land ownership, the community and the Vulnerability to disaster have influenced the land use of reclamation land.
