Abstract
The purpose of this study is to show that the residential instability layer has expanded due to the coronavirus crisis, and to analyze the issues by organizing the programs of housing support groups in response to the process of rebuilding the lives of housing poor. In Chapter 2, we showed that the residential instability layer has expanded due to the coronavirus crisis based on the results of the provision of housing security benefits and the actual use of public housing for other than its intended purpose. In Chapter 3, we organized and categorized support programs based on interviews to support groups. The collaboration was categorized as led by the government, real estate, or NPO, and the method of providing properties was categorized as either using their own properties, subleasing, or a combination of the two, and we considered their issues. We will continue our research on issues related to housing support so that we can analyze issues with the perspectives of the parties involved.
