Abstract

The nano-level structure of clay-porphyrin complex was examined. The effect of porphyrin structure on the complex formation behavior with clay was examined. The intermolecular distance between porphyrins on the clay surface can be controlled by the change of porphyrin structure. The orientation change behavior of porphyrin on the clay surface strongly depends on the porphyrin structure.
