The thickness of Na tetrasilisic mica(Na-Ts) that was calculated according to diffraction degrees and FWHM of X rays is 47.6nm(49.6 average accumulating numbers). Na-Ts particle was not a single crystal of a micrometer thickness but an accumulating body of tabular crystals of 50 nm thickness. When Na-Ts particle in high humidity state was observed by SEM, first it was separated crystals, next it swelled and peel off.
