Time-domain analysis of electromagnetic signals plays an important role in studying transient properties of integrated circuits and electronic devices. We have developed a fast and efficient time-division parallel algorithm recently. In this algorithm, fast inverse Laplace transform is combined with physical solvers in complex frequency domain. Advantages of the proposed method are to perform highly reliable time-domain analysis and obtain electromagnetic signals at arbitrary time. We will apply the developed parallel algorithm to various realistic problems and verify reliability and usefulness in terms of computational time and accuracy.
