Abstract
Abraxane is a novel Cremophor EL-free nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel. This formulation permits a higher paclitaxel concentration in solution, therefore, it allows for a higher dosage of paclitaxel in shorter infusion time without pre-medication.
