The purpose of this report presents the treatment results compared with extraction and nonextraction in one patient. Ordinarily, the decision of extraction or nonextraction is based on cephalometric analysis. But there was an opportunity to acknowledge the patient's complaints. This time we had two different treatments : extraction and nonextraction. The first treatment was nonextraction and the second extraction. Therefore we reported the results in two different treatments and suggested some clinical considerations.
