Abstract

A case of twenty nine-year-old female having a foreign body in the cheek of her left upper premolar region was presented.
The foreign body appeared to be a piece of a broken sewing needle, the one end of which was assumed to be a needle's eye
Judging from the patient's memory, it was supposed to be staying in her cheek for about ten years.
The patient had no trouble with it, so that it was left alone and its clinical progress is now under observation.
