Report on the production of the boardgame “Manner Dining Table”

Report on the boardgame production process and trial and error of basic rules

Abstract

Currently, four people including the author (Otani) are making a board game. The title of the boardgame is “Manner Dining Table”. This game started production in the wake of the “Serious Board Game Jam” held at the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature in September 2019, and is still in production as of 2021. Two versions of this game have been created so far, but in this article, I will report on the process of production of this “Manner Dining Table”.
