Abstract
Defining the principle of the world-as-a-ring from neural networks and applying its mechanism to shooting
games. The principle of the world-as-a-ring is highly compatible with neural networks, implemented by having the neural
network acquire the features of an object (Merkmal) and then perform actions on specific parts of that object (Wirkmal). The
foundational elements of phenomenological artificial intelligence are constructed through multiple combinations of
functional rings utilizing these object features. This research presents its implementation and demonstration.
