Abstract
This paper discusses the similarities between gamification and psychology. The six elements of gamification proposed by the Japan Gamification Association will be explained, and examples of corresponding services and products will be presented. In addition, 11 psychological terms corresponding to the 6 elements of gamification will be introduced. We believe that gamification and psychology have in common a method of manipulating people's psychology and changing their behavior and motivation.
