Abstract
As of examining the tradition of Kyusaku Nakaya , who is famed as a great carpenter of using saw and anvil, and also the part of piece which is possessed in various regions, attempting inspection based on records, and as a result, we reached a decision as a new knowledge below.
1 Could grasp the activity term of Kyusaku Nakaya from the late stage of Edo period to Meiji period, the name and also the location as well.
2 It was clarified that there were several ways to engrave blacksmith's signature.
