Two new species of the genus Pheretima s. lat. (Family Megascolecidae), Ph. Tow new species are distinguishable from the other congeneric species by combinations of the following character status; 1) intestinal caeca, 2) number of spermathecal pores, 3) number and situation of genital markings, 4) spermathecae, 5) genital glands, 6) body size and the color of the body.
