Acoording to the nutritional survey, ratio of animal protains and fats ingested by S village inhabitants were smaller than those of U village.
Mean values of serum Na/K, urinary total 17-OHCS, and 17-KS were found higher in U village inhabitants than in the those of S village.
The correlation rate between the nutritional status and values of urinary 17-KS is of the order from the largest to the smallest: fats, total calories, animal proteins, total proteins.
