The Making Balance for Meal and the Difference between Regions for Food Lifestyle Focused on Fisheries Commodities Purchase in the 2000s

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the progress of making balance on fisheries commodities purchase and to examine the difference of purchase constitution between cities in the 2000s. As a result, considering the difference for purchase constitution, the tendency did not return to condition as the past which have had bigger gap between cities for purchase constitution, especially regarding principal fresh seafood, for instance, salmon. Cities which have resemblance for purchase constitution were classified into 3 groups and 6 subdivisions. The difference between regions and the distribution tendency from the viewpoint of purchase constitution have been inherited even in the 2000s, considering that these groups follow the tendency in the past.
