Abstract
We connected cables at the long/short side of a micro-strip line (MSL) with rectangular ground plane and verified an application of the Current-Driven EMI Mode by measuring and simulating EMI radiation. Resonances generated when the cables were connected at the short side of the MSL were not explained by the model. We obtained the surface currents of the models by Method of Moment and analyzed them by multi-pole expansion, representing that higher order of moments than electric dipole and magnetic dipole contributes the resonance.
