New energy-saving device with low power consumption : flat plane-emission device

Abstract

A new field emission cathode for a flat plane-emission device, employing high crystallized single-wall carbon nanotubes, was fabricated by simple wet coating process. Field emission with low power consumption was achieve for the first time in the world as a field emitter.
