Molecular Alignment and Electrical Transport of Liquid Crystalline Conjugating Polymer

Abstract

Anormalous molecular alignment of liquid crystalline conducting polymer which has triple bonds in the main chain, poly(2,5-dialkoxy-p-phcnylenebutadiynyolcnc), has been studied. The anisotropy of electrical conductivity has also been studied using a well-aligled sandwich cell with an interdigitated electrode.
