Abstract

Molecular dynamics simulation is carried out for three mixtures of PCH5-anthracene, -biphenyl, and -naphthalene. P_2 of PCH5 as liquid crystal molecule and P_2 of non-liquid-crystal molecules are calculated, respectively. The value of P_2 of PCH5 is depended on the size and form of a non-liquid-crystal molecule.
