Abstract

Switching characteristics of 3-D images recorded on holographic polymer dispersed liquid crystal (HPDLC) were improved. By using align-ment-controlled HPDL, which consists of homogeneously aligned liquid crystalline polymer and liquid crystal composite, undesired diffraction at transparent state could be reduced.
