Vertical alignment mode is widely used in TV and monitor application lately. Alignment film plays an important role for determination of display property in this mode. In this study, we focused on the effect on which vertical alignment ability gave to display property. We changed alkyl diamine content and measured thermal behavior of V-T curve. We found there is a correlation between thermal stability of V-T curve and alkyl diamine content.
