Abstract
The polymer stabilization is a very attractive technology because the improvement of the characteristics and the appearance of new characteristics are expected in polymer-stabilized liquid crystals. This technology has been mainly utilized to stabilize the molecular orientation up to now. In this research, we have observed the microscopic textures and measured the phase transition temperature of polymer-stabilized liquid crystal, and then report the effect of polymer stabilization on phase stability.
