Abstract
It is expected that the semiconductor characteristic can be improved by using the liquid crystal property of liquid crystalline organic semiconductor material.In this report, We tried morecular orientation control of some kinds of liquid crystalline organic semiconductor material in high temperature by methods of molecular orientation control. As a result , the direction of a liquid crystal molecule was able to be made located in the one direction and how to make the direction of a molecule located in a line differs for material from polarization microscope observation and spectrum observation of fluorescence.
