Abstract
We have developed a time-sequential type glasses-less 3D-LCD that the OCB mode with black insertion and a directional backlight have been applied. We experiment our recognition for boundary condition between 2D and 3D image and we defined the 3D Quality parameter for evaluating the 2D, 3D and inverted parallax image viewing area. This parameter shows that major advantages of our 3D display are free from inverted parallax area and availability of stable 3D whole the display even at close to the panel.
