Abstract
The following findings were obtained by the observation of teeth and periodontium of the rabbits suffered from alloxan diabetes experimentally.
The rabbits were divided into two groups, one of them was died in the short time and another lived in the relative long time.
1. There are no macroscopic extreme alterations in the mouth of rabbits of alloxan diabetes.
2. Histologically, we found the marasmus of alveoral bone.
3. The range of the inside epithel of the gingiva is irregular, in some cases, the vacuole forming of the mucous epithel is found.
4. The blood vesseles on the pulpa are dilated, and in some cases of the long lived group, the pulpa is regressively alterated.
5. In the hard tissues, there are no finding.
