Abstract

Image matching techniques offer a solution to the problem of autonomous, high accuracy navigation system or automatic target tracking.

Given two pictures of a scene taken at different times, one way of matching them is to extract feature points from each, and then match the resulting point patterns. This paper investigates the point pattern matching applied to a scene including moving objects with rotation. This approach is based on relaxation process and some experiments are demonstrated.
