Present status of rats' supplies in our department

Abstract

Improvement in the management and breeding of laboratory animals have been reported here.
Wistar and Wistar-King A strains are used for experimental purposes in our laboratory ; and we can now produce enough rats each month so that 100-200 rats may be used each month and still have 300-400 rats left on hand at all times.
