We have discussed the number of twists, the direction of it in a raw yarn and the direction of twist in pling the stretch yarn, to observe the necking phenomena of stretch yarns produced by the way of false twisting, and knew the following:
(1) Making the best stretch yarn of necking phenomena being least, it is necessary that the number of twists in a raw yarn is lower than that of pling twist, and the direction of twist in pling the stretch yarn being produced is inverse against that of the raw yarn.
(2) To make the best stretch yarn, the number of ply twist being in moment zero should be selected. It is also necessary that no trouble should be found in treating the stretch yarn.
