Knowledge Discovery from Questionnaire Survey on Freshness Food Management

Abstract

In this paper, analysis of questionnaire survey to managers on food processing is introduced. Management of losses due to out of stock and surplus stock in a retail food store is well known as an important element in freshness food management. The manager who has a responsibility in side dishes area faces to difficult decision making on food processing such as quantitative and qualitative arrangement. According to the analysis, their knowledge are extracted by a techniqueof text mining.
