Abstract
Information retrieval system of dish knowledge was hardly formulated in a mathematical model because of complicate relationship among its data items and difficulty in mathematical formula of taste. The authors have designed mathematical model of dish knowledge. The relation among data items are described in predicate logics on the base of relational database model. The relation between taste and seasoning is designed in neural network model. In this paper, the authors discuss the design and implementation of dish knowledge retrieval system on first rank predicate logics and neural network model.
