Abstract
For the obstacle avoidance problem,in this paper,we propose an effective imitation approach on human's control path by means of the Distance-Type Fuzzy Reasoning method with knowledge radius.Firstly,an improved learning method for Distance-Type Fuzzy Reasoning method is presented for knowledge acquisition of human's action intelligence. Then from the perspective of knowledge usage, the concept of knowledge radius is adopted and its effectiveness for the imitation of human's control path is verified. Moreover, the optimum design problem of knowledge radius is formulated as a nonlinear eigenvalue problem.Through theoretical analysis and global domain search, the properties of knowledge radius are summarized for further guideline to the selection of knowledge radius for specific problem.
